Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some orders will be shipped within 1-2 days.
There may be Potential Shipping Delays not in Hoot4Loot's control. These shipping delays would be anything related to the postal services and how they are handling postal service problems or delays in shipping due to high volume of orders coming in.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping:
Within Canada: We offer $3 Plain White Envelope and $5 Bubble Mailer shipping under a certain weight amount, as well as an option to have your products shipped with tracking. We offer FREE TRACKED Bubble Mailer shipping in Canada on any orders over $175.
US Shipping: We offer $3 Plain White Envelope and $6 Bubble Mailer shipping under a certain weight amount, as well as an option to have your products shipped with tracking. We offer FREE TRACKED Bubble Mailer shipping in US on any orders over $175.

Local delivery
If you offer local delivery or in-store pickup to customers in your area, you can dedicate a section of your shipping policy page to explain the process or create a separate shipping page specifically for local customers.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $125 within 20 km of Kamloops, BC (V2B-5K5)
For orders under $125, we charge a $10 delivery fee within a maximum distance of 20 km from Kamloops, BC (V2C-2K2).
Deliveries are made depending on what works best for each customer/myself. We will contact you via a call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Kamloops, BC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-person pickup hours are [8am-8pm] ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping, Please contact us through email to discuss the options available.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Hoot4Loot] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hoot4lootcontact@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
******Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes*******
Canada Post DOES OFFER shipping to P.O. Boxes. We should not have any issues shipping to your location if you have a P.O. Box. However, if there are ANY issues when processing shipping, we will contact you via phone/email with the contact information you have provided.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Hoot4LootContact@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
